Rock n Roll

Single asset projects take 2-3 business days. For other projects you will receive within 24 hours a detailed workback schedule including project timeline and milestones. Also, there is no limit on review rounds to ensure you’re happy with every deliverable.

  • Once you’re subscribed to any of our membership plans you can submit as many project requests as you’d like, and arrange them based on priority through the client dashboard.

    To make this sustainable for Dawn we can only work on one project at a time.

    For single asset projects we have a 2-3 day turnaround. For bigger projects we send within 24 hours a workback schedule to give visibility into the process, milestones, and timeline.

  • We provide a wide range of deliverables as part of any subscription plan, similar to larger agencies: strategy presentations, design files, campaign ideas, social media posts, creative for paid media, branding, website design (SquareSpace only) and much more. What we can’t offer is 3D design, motion and content creation (unless you have the add on), product design, and coding for websites.

  • It’s a full time job to source, hire, and manage a new employee. On top of that, paying for software licenses and stock imagery adds up. Typically, freelancers tend to be more expensive, and full time employees require much more resources and time from your startup. Dawn is a reliable and consistent solution that gives you the flexibility to pause or cancel whenever work isn’t needed.

  • It’s just a fancy way of describing a project roadmap. When there are multiple deliverables and phases to a request, it’s good to know what the milestones are, when you should expect what, and have visibility into the process overall.

  • Dawn was founded and led by Shachar Aylon, an award winning Creative Director with vast experience helping startups build and define their brand. The company will employe contractors from our network based on each project need. So, to answer the question more directly, Shachar is the company and the company is Shachar.

  • Canceling or pausing a subscription will immediately halt auto payments, and you will be able to use the service for the remainder of that billing cycle month. For example, if you were billed on Jan 1st and cancelled on Jan 15, the service will remain available until for the rest of Jan. Pausing works the same, but you get credit for the remainder of the month, and service stops immediately.

  • We use Airtable for project intake and create a dedicated dashboard for each client. Using the dashboard you can select which projects you want to prioritize, provide feedback, view timelines and progress, and get monthly reports on the overall work completed.

  • Once you start a subscription plan we give you access to the client dashboard and give you a link to a project intake form where you can submit as many requests as you would like. Easy peasy.

  • As many as you’d like. Every subscription plan includes unlimited revisions to ensure you’re 100% happy with what you’re getting.
